Adolescent Counseling and Psychotherapy 

Adolescents typically thrive in structure and boundaries. However, adolescence is a period of transitions and change, which can disrupt healthy functioning and development. My approach to therapy involves helping adolescents build skills to cope during transitions. I encourage adolescents to process through adjustment periods and discover ways of proactively managing stress.
